Pharmacogenomics Analysis Laboratory (PAL)
Purpose
The PAL was established in 2007 to support ongoing and future pharmacogenomics studies and clinical trials within CSP. Utilizing state-of the-art technology, PAL provides high quality genomic services for investigators seeking to identify and discover genes involved in the development and treatment of disease. Its located at the Central Arkansas Veterans Health System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, AR.
Services
PAL provides nucleic acid quantitation, real-time or quantitative PCR, high-throughput genotyping, gene expression, copy number variation, and DNA methylation analyses. By utilizing Life Technologies™ and Illumina™ based microarray and sequencing platforms, PAL is dedicated to providing high quality, cost effective, and timely services for small to large scale studies. With the coupling of advanced techniques and the latest in genomic technologies, PAL is ready to serve your discovery and research needs.

The Pharmacogenomics Analysis Laboratory serves as a high quality state-of-the-art genomics laboratory for basic and translational research studies performed by the VA Cooperative Studies Program and by VA-affiliated investigators.
