Integrated Veteran Epidemiologic Study Data Resource (INVESTD-R)

INVESTD-R provides a means for qualified researchers to access epidemiologic research data, biospecimens, and participant contact information from Veterans for use in secondary data analysis or new data collection. All resources come from experimental, observational, and clinical trial studies conducted by VA researchers.

INVESTD-R offers three informational and research resource sharing tools for VA and non-VA researchers.

Information Clearinghouse: Browse a curated list of VA and non-VA funded epidemiology studies involving Veterans
These selected epidemiology studies focus on different United States Veteran populations. Key characteristics are documented for each study so researchers can quickly scan and identify studies of interest.

We thank the Veterans and non-Veterans who have participated in the scientific research studies included in INVESTD-R. This data and specimen sharing effort wouldn't be possible without their contributions.
