Enlisted, Reserve, and separated Navy personnel who served on active duty in Seabee commands for at least 30 consecutive days between 8/1/1990 and 7/31/1991 |

Recruitment Method |
Participants were identified from the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and from commercial address-locator services. Participants were invited to participate via mail. |

A survey instrument derived from a previous Seabee/VA survey of Gulf War Veterans was administered by mail. |
